Seller reviewOur situation was complicated, had to deal with deceased family members. power of attorney, distance form the property living in VA. All obstacles that would have made the sale of our property lengthy and difficult, but Christy made the process expedient, easy, convenient and less stressful. We are more than happy with Christy and Century 21.

Seller reviewWe have know Christy Gartland a long time and my son used her to buy his home. We would use her again because the experience was great she handle any and all problems we had and didn't have to worry about anything. The pictures. of our house were wonderful and she had our house sold with a contract we excepted in 3 days. The fees and money we would get were all corrected. She gave us a number to mortgage person, termite and home inspection, anything we asked her she was always there with an answer. I cannot say enough good about her we relied on her probable to much but she did everything with a smile and we had no worries . Great experience!!
