Seller reviewChristy went well above and beyond in the process of selling our home. From start to finish she made us feel we were in capable caring hands and made sure we were informed and guided through the process. She provided wedding quality pictures and flyers that pictured the best of our property. She was there when we were not avialable to be home for repairs. She provided prompt feed back on showings and internet traffic on our home. She helped with the staging of our home ensuring the property would highlight it's best features. All of this and the home was under contract in 3 weeks above asking price! I don't want to forget that she arranged for closing to be held near us that saved us time and travel. If you want someone who goes well beyond the extra mile, Christy Gartland is the one!
