Cindy was excellent all around, but her negotiations with the buyers agent stood out and was truly remarkable. There are a lot of good agents out there who are nice to deal with, timely, etc. and could have made our sale. But I think Cindy sold the house for as much as could have been done and really saved me both money and a lot of stress in how she handled the negotiations with the buyer. They made pretty significant demands after the inspection and things could have gone south. Cindy was a pro and did a perfect job navigating tone, understanding, and pressure and got the buyers to agree to only what we thought was reasonable. The sale not only went well but I look back thinking there are things like this that Cindy did that few others could have pulled off so well. I honestly don't think I could have done any better. I had high expectations because I have worked with a great realtor before to buy my house in Seattle - and some averages ones from prior homes - and Cindy met or exceeded all of my expectations. Great knowledge of the market, very trustworthy, and lot's of extra effort to smooth the rough edges (bringing in a handyman, helping with a car we also had to sell while our of state, etc.).

Cindy Berg closed our home quickly and effeciently. Her knowledge and follow up allowed for a quick closing!!! She really worked hard to ensure all our needs were met. We will refer Cindy Berg to our friends and family.

Cindy performs miracles! She has sold multiple homes of mine, none of which were easy sales. Her professionalism is amazing. Her tenacity is remarkable. She remains positive through the entire process. I am a working mother with two kids with very little time for unforeseen issues. Cindy took care of all the unexpected obstacles we faced during escrow…and there were many. It was not a rare site to pull into my driveway and see Cindy on a ladder inspecting the work done by contractors. If the work is not perfect, she will not accept it. She treated the sale of my home as if it was her own home. I can't thank her enough for all the extra tireless hours she put into my sale in order to ensure we met the close date. Cindy is a fighter. She is an incredible negotiator. She holds her client's best interest at heart. I know I can depend on her honesty and professionalism from beginning to end. I cannot recommend her enough for the sale or purchase of a property. Cindy will always be the first person I call to sell or purchase my home.
