Seller reviewWhat can I say about Cindy! She is the BEST! We were struggling to sell our place and were referred to Cindy by a friend. Once Cindy was our agent, we sold our condo within two weeks (very close to asking price). Cindy was very communicative, responsive, a great negotiator, advocated for us, and had amazing marketing skills! Cindy explained all of the paperwork and answered all of our questions (even while she was out of town). Cindy also did a great job finding my husband and I our forever home (sold our condo and purchased our new home all within a month). Cindy was on top of all of the paperwork and kept my husband and I in the loop on everything. We are so grateful to have used Cindy and would recommend her to anyone who wants to buy/sell fast and effectively!

Seller reviewCindy Berg had sent out a postcard to our neighborhood looking for someone wanting to sell their one story home. She was trying to find a new home for her client who lived in the same neighborhood in a 2 story home that wanted to downsize. We were planning to put our one story home on the market soon so I contacted her. Cindy had already done lots of searching the area for homes for this client and knew the area well. Her client viewed our home twice, but in the end she selected another home. Cindy, however, was so helpful, kind and knew the market well, I figured she'd be a great agent for my husband and I. We decided pretty quickly to get the home on the market once we were sure of our move based on a new job situation out of state. The open house was set up the night before and Cindy had plenty of interested parties who came. I believe we had five offers in five days. With multiple offers, Cindy was able to negotiate a selling price well over asking price.
