Seller reviewI recently hired Cindy Berg with Century 21 to sell my mother's home in Orange County. Cindy had been sending postcards for a few years showing recently listed and/or sold homes in the immediate area. The fact that she had been with the agency for 21 years appealed to me since I live in another state and needed to trust everything to the realtor. The photos she took/posted were really good, as well as her description of the home. She noted some of it's shortcomings but without sounding negative, and presented it in the best possible light. It was in escrow in about 5 days! Cindy made herself available almost 24/7 for telephone/e-mail whenever I had questions, and she kept me informed every step of the way. She was also very respectful of the tenant's time and comfort level with showing the house. She was a pleasure to work with, did what she said when she said it would be done. I'd hire her again without hesitation.

Seller reviewWhile I took no part in selecting Cindy, it was a serendipitous risk, and a meeting of profound importance that would prove to be precisely what this miracle needed to come to fruition. My mother, the executor of her mother's will, and then co-owner of the property with myself, chose Cindy on the merits that she wanted a woman, employed by a reputable agency, for purposes of trust and rapport, as she felt her own knowledge of real estate and selling a home was nonexistent. Choosing Cindy, given the unique and somewhat tense family dynamic, is inarguably the single greatest decision she has made in her entire life. Cindy was truly a blessing and an absolute warrior of an agent, who took on a task that I am certain would not have yielded the results we have today were it not for the fantastic human being Cindy truly is, above and beyond her expertise. I am incredibly grateful for her hard work and compassion. Cindy overcame daunting challenges and hurdles at every step along the way. It was a learning experience for her as well, so I'm certain she'll come away from this a better agent still.
