Cindy Garrison was able to make the sale of our home a breeze. While there were issues on the buyers side, she was always very communicative and forth coming with any information on what was going on set expectations very well. I would definitely recommend anyone to her that is looking to buy or sell a house.

Cindy was and is absolutely amazing. It was pure luck that the original realtor couldn't make it to our first showing and asked Cindy to show it to us. God works in mysterious ways ?. She was wonderful from minute one. She handled my husband's goofy humor perfectly. She was knowledgeable, personable, funny, and bluntly honest about the process. She goes above and beyond for all of her clients, be it helping them paint to finding us a chicken tractor to house our chickens while my husband built our new coop. She helped us find our dream home and negotiated a deal that worked best for us. She's like superwoman. I don't know how she makes being there for her clients at all times, running her own farm, being a mom, and finding the time to do all the things she does for her clients look so effortless but she does. We wouldn't dream of ever going to anyone else if we ever decided to move again. She's the absolute best!!!!!
