Buyer reviewCindy listened to mine and David's wants and needs, she listened to us and she found properties that exceeded those. The home we have purchased did in fact meet all of those expectations. She negotiated with the agent selling the home and stood her ground. Cindy is smart, she is a go getter. She is creative, understanding, knowledgeable about the market. I highly recommend her for anyone who is either buying or selling.

She clearly understood what we were looking for and networked with others to find us the home of our dreams, which was very location and build specific. She helped us find home care services after we moved in, and I know she'll be available for any further questions we may have. I wouldn't have wanted to work with anyone else.

As an out of state seller, I was a bit concerned about whether or not my property would garner enough attention to attract a buyer. Cindy's expertise and attention to detail alleviated all of my concerns. She communicated with me during the listing of the property and offered suggestions that helped sell the property quickly.
