Cindy really impressed me with her local market knowledge and negotiation skills. She was proactive with her communications from the beginning, and kept me up to date every step of the process. She was also responsive, attentive, and had an excellent marketing plan. After our home sat on the market for months with another agent, Cindy got our home on the market and under contract in less than two weeks, and it closed under 30 days with a smooth escrow. I can't recommend Cindy enough if you're selling or buying property in the CDA area, she has your best interests in mind, and is a true professional. Stop searching and hire Cindy!
