We were very satisfied with Cindy, we moved from out of state and she was very accommodating to being our eyes on the ground, since we could not get to Idaho to view the houses. And with the market moving so fast we basically has to take a house sight unseen other than by Cindy. We had a very painful process with no fault of Cindy's and she was there every step of the way to reassure us that everything would go through. We will highly recommend Cindy to anyone looking for a home in Northern Idaho or Washington.

Our vacation property had been in our family for almost 50 years and there were several family members involved in its sale. Cindy Knowles was very enthusiastic about our family cabin. She was thorough and comprehensive in researching and presenting comps to support her suggested list price range. Her experience, her understanding of our situation, and her enthusiasm tipped the scales in our decision to list the house with her. The property ended up selling at the upper end of her range - and in the first week after it went on the market.
