She was thorough and comprehensive in researching and presenting comps to support her suggested list price range. Her experience, her understanding of our situation, and her enthusiasm tipped the scales in our decision to list the house with her. The property ended up selling at the upper end of her range - and in the first week after it went on the market. Cindy continued to be thorough and attentive to every detail. We were handling this transaction long distance most of the time. On top of that, there were different tenants renting the property each week while the sale was being finalized. So she had to be accessible, flexible, patient, accommodating, and help us get everything done on time. She was always professional and cheerful, and everything went smoothly as a result.
