I can only speak in superlatives about her managing my property and over the years, bringing it up from a very old, deteriorating home to a comfortable attractive living place. I owe her much and deeply appreciate her years of friendship and care of my home. Cindy Rasmussen was recommended to me by a family member who knows her well. I dared to hope that I would find her a satisfactory follow-on to dear Hanne, and indeed, Cindy has fulfilled and exceeded my hopes. She has been a most competent and compatible realtor. Even though we interact at a distance, by phone and internet, the working relationship is excellent! I would recommend her to others without hesitation.

Buyer reviewMs. Cindy-Lynn Rasmussen was wonderful to deal with. She worked so hard to find exactly what we were looking for. She never got tired of showing us places although we were afraid she would give up. But she never did give up but kept finding us more and better places to look at. She knew the entire Island of Oahu and was so knowledgeable about real estate, construction, the economy the various cons and pros of different neighborhoods. No matter what questions we asked she always knew the answer. She was sensitive to our fears, our hopes and our dreams. She was so up-beat and positive that when we were ready to throw in the towel she encouraged us to keep looking. She always said she would find the perfect home for us and she did. Very few realtors would work as hard as she did. She was just fantastic. I have bought and sold lots of real estate and homes but Ms. Cindy-Lynn Rasmussen made this one of the best and most fun real estate experiences I have had. She was so friendly and cheerful and such a pleasure to be around. I would strongly recommend Ms. Cindy-Lynn Rasmussen to anyone looking to buy any type of real estate in Oahu.
