She knows what to watch out for when writing up the contract and has excellent people in terms of reliable contractors and repair people that can do the job reasonably and without hassle. There's a lot more to do with representing a buyer/seller than sitting at an open house. You gotta have TRUST in your Realtor and I definitely trust Cindy.
