I am an East Tennessee native and have lived in this area most of my life. I believe in people and community. I enjoy helping people and being someone you can rely on. I volunteer with the local humane society and several other community outreach programs to help strengthen and support my community. I love meeting new people and learning about just about everything. Life is so much fun when service is your calling. I have been serving people as a Realtor for 20 years. I treat each of my clients as I would my own family because I understand that purchasing or selling a home is often the most important (and frightening) decisions a person can make. Seller reviewI met Claire in 1994 while I was searching for my first home. She was wonderful, and made my first experience rememorable. After that I never saw her, but every Christmas she would send me a calendar and a card, which I couldn't believe she did. This past year I put that house on the market, and again I had the privilege of working with Claire. I remember calling her. and she immediately said she would handle everything. I was very nervous, because I was moving states. She had my house sold in 2 weeks. The closing went so smooth, and everything was done over the phone. The day of closing Claire did something that few would do. I had a water leak, the buyers wanted it fixed before closing. Claire got her plumber to fix it, and didn't charge me a dime. She was my guardian angel. When she told me what she had done, I remember crying. I would recommend her to anyone. She is not only the best realtor in my eyes. but I know I can call her my friend. She is AMAZING ;)

Seller reviewDid excellent explained everything in a way you could easily understand. If I had missed something she said could call anytime to get her to fill me in on it. Knew the market extremely well. If I have another property to she'll be the one selling it.

Claire took several good photos of the house and provided a very well done write up. Family and friends complimented the online advertisement to me.

Seller reviewClaire and I had discussed my property many times while we were both volunteering for a local non-profit called Healing With Flowers. We are both active volunteers. This meant lots when considering Claire as an agent. Claire is polite and professional but always tells it like it is and I have appreciated that. You know she tells you all the news, be it good or bad! Overall, money is in my pocket! Sale was completely timely, and Claire never let the escrow bit lag or become untimely. Even though this was not a million dollar home, Claire treated it as such. She worked hard for her commission on this one!!!
