I am an East Tennessee native and have lived in this area most of my life. I believe in people and community. I enjoy helping people and being someone you can rely on. I volunteer with the local humane society and several other community outreach programs to help strengthen and support my community. I love meeting new people and learning about just about everything. Life is so much fun when service is your calling. I have been serving people as a Realtor for 20 years. I treat each of my clients as I would my own family because I understand that purchasing or selling a home is often the most important (and frightening) decisions a person can make. Buyer reviewI was looking for an agent that had property management knowledge because I was going to use the house for an income rental for a few years before moving in. Claire has substantial experience. Claire was very professional and thought of everything. She knew her market and was knowledgeable about the area covering at least 4 counties. Also, she doesn't come off as trying to sell any one house. She notices any potential problems and benefits and lets the buyers make up their own mind. I would recommend Claire to any potential buyer or seller.

Seller reviewDuring the sale there were a lot of bumps and obstacles, but Claire remained patient and understanding. Claire has been good on her word from the very beginning and definitely extended herself during this sale. Claire and my grandmother even became friends. Claire is definitely a shark when it comes to getting things done for her clients, that's why I would most definitely recommend her.

Buyer reviewMy husband and I have bought and sold several properties, sometimes with a realtor and sometimes without. Claire Gillen is the best we have dealt with. Although she was very knowledgeable and professional, Claire was also very personable; an important quality in our opinion. Also very important to us is availability. Claire was always available to answer our questions and sometimes to remind us to breath. :) When she couldn't take our call, we never worried that she would call as soon as possible and sometimes texted us to let us know when she would be able to call. All in all we are very happy and grateful that we chose Claire Gillen to go through this ordeal with. Thank you Claire!!
