In the early 1900's as newlyweds, my grandparents wanted a piece of paradise and found it in Southwest Florida. They worked hard to farm and improve on 160 acres in NW Cape. They were awarded the property by the U.S. Government deeding them the property free and clear under the Florida Homestead Act of 1862. The work ethics of the Nelson family has passed on to me. Growing up in Cape Coral and raising my own family I have a special love for SW Florida.Over the years, I have served on numerous governmental boards and non-profit organizations such as The City of Cape Coral Park Advisory Committee, Lee County Economic Development Committee, Chamber of Commerce and many years as an Officer of the Board of Director of Cape Coral Little League. With over 30 years experience in real estate, Ive earned an outstanding reputation from past clients as well as fellow agents. I know that word-of-mouth is important in the real estate industry. Seller reviewClaudia did a great job preparing for our initial meeting, including finding comps for my brother's house in Bonita Springs and pricing it well. Her proposal packet and marketing presentation were very thorough. Since the property was part of an estate and was sold to a friend, the marketing plan did not need to be implemented in the end. However, there were still a lot of logistics that had to be taken care of, and as an out-of-state seller, I was very gratedful to have Claudia's help. She handled all communications and paperwork between the buyer and me promptly and professionally. She went out of her way to ensure the closing went smoothly. I highly recommend Claudia Hart to anyone searching for a caring, committed realtor!
