In the early 1900's as newlyweds, my grandparents wanted a piece of paradise and found it in Southwest Florida. They worked hard to farm and improve on 160 acres in NW Cape. They were awarded the property by the U.S. Government deeding them the property free and clear under the Florida Homestead Act of 1862. The work ethics of the Nelson family has passed on to me. Growing up in Cape Coral and raising my own family I have a special love for SW Florida.Over the years, I have served on numerous governmental boards and non-profit organizations such as The City of Cape Coral Park Advisory Committee, Lee County Economic Development Committee, Chamber of Commerce and many years as an Officer of the Board of Director of Cape Coral Little League. With over 30 years experience in real estate, Ive earned an outstanding reputation from past clients as well as fellow agents. I know that word-of-mouth is important in the real estate industry. Seller reviewOur experience with Claudia Hart was the absolutely best experience in my years of buying / selling houses! We were selling the house from a long distance. Whenever any issues came up (pool maintenance, landscaping needs, roof repairs, etc.). Claudia always had the right solution with great pricing. Her years of living in Cape Coral have allowed her to build relationships with all sorts of professionals. She kept us abreast of home sales in the area, allowing us to make educated decisions during the process. Personally, she was always available either by text or phone - never did any call go unanswered within the hour. Choosing Claudia was a great decision!

After working and coaching with Tim and having many team parties at the families home. I decided then if I were to ever list my home Claudia would be my listing agent.
