Buyer reviewMy brother used Colby and recommended him. I was not disappointed and will recommend him to everyone I know! Colby is a rockstar realtor! He helped me find my house while I was still living out of state, and the day I flew in to house hunt it was SNOWING like crazy! I was so stressed out, but that didn't slow Colby down for a second. I now refer to him as the "extreme realtor" because he took me all over town in a snow storm with a smile on his face! I ended up buying the first house he ever showed me, one I never would've picked from photos. He was able to translate all of my family's wants and needs into just the right homes to show. He was always available, and guided me through the whole closing process with zero stress or problems. I'll probably never move again since he found me the perfect house, but if I do I know who to call!

As a first time home buyer, I knew if I picked just any realtor, chances are they were going to take advantage of that. That wasn't the case at all with Colby. He told me everything I needed to know, the gray areas of buying a house, that I know most Realtors wouldn't have taken the time to do. All around it was a unique experience with how difficult this seller was to deal with, but Colby took the situation by the reins and got us in our dream house. We couldn't be more pleased with the end result and would refer him to anyone that is looking to not just by a house but a HOME.
