Seller reviewI knew and trusted Colby personally for several years before asking him to sell out house. This was the main reason we chose Colby but after working with him I believe we choose the best agent for other reasons besides a personal relationship. Colby worked hard to communicate with us and advise us. Colby was always available to answer questions and deal with prospective buyers. We had a couple of difficult situations arise and Colby handled them very professionally.

He came out and discussed property value with us on a Saturday, Sunday he had a photographer at the house to take pictures, Monday he posted our ad online. This was a very quick and easy process! He scheduled 4 showings on Tuesday for Wednesday and we sold to one of those showings! Never dreamed we would sell in 2 days! Colby was amazing to work with and worked his tail off for us!
