In regards to inspections. Being on the purchasing end of a home in the current landscape, I was very hesitant to put an offer on a house without the home inspection addendum. However, with her contacts, Corinne was able to orchestrate an extremely quick home inspector to ensure the house was in generally good working order. This really helped our confidence in putting in the offer for the house. We went from considering purchasing a home to actually purchasing a home in a relatively short time. I didn't have the understanding of the home purchasing landscape here in Northern Virginia. Corinne was patient with my wife and I as we developed a better understanding of the climate; preparing us to move quickly when the right house came along. I think Corinne demonstrating patience and thoughtfulness, with a healthy does of honesty to better inform my wife and I in the purchasing process. Corinne was also an expert in the area in which we bought our home. She was able to bring many of the intangibles to life and help my wife and I imagine a rich life in the community.

She helped them sell their townhouse when they had to relocate and then helped them buy their single family home when they relocated back to the area. Buying our first home was very daunting, but Corinne made the whole process go so smoothly. Throughout the whole process, the thing I appreciated the most about Corinne was her quick responses to our many questions and being on-top of all the necessary steps. We had watched Corinne and her team staging the house next to ours a few years ago and were very impressed. They worked long hours, often late into the evening. We fortunately had a very accommodating buyer, but the process was not without tense moments, and Corinne was a calming, rational voice that guided us through to closing. Not only do we think we found the best team in the business, we also all became good friends, and, having bought and sold numerous homes over the years, that's a rare but delightful benefit. Quite simple, Corinne and her team are the best; we are so lucky we found them. We are thrilled and grateful that we found Corinne.
