This experience in 2017 was equally impressive. Corinne is a consummate professional -- she demonstrates integrity, honestly, and a dedication to help her clients. She went above and beyond multiple times during our sales process, and I was impressed with her willingness to do things far exceeding her normal scope of work. This is not your average sales person, this is an exceptional woman who deserves the accolades she receives. There is no doubt that if I purchase or sell another home, I would go to Corinne before I would look anywhere else.

Her approach to "staging" a house, using furnishings in her own possession, taking photos of the new look and then posting them in online ads, is extremely effective and resulted in the rapid sale of my house. Indeed we ended up with a sales price notably higher than the original asking price, so I am a very satisfied customer. Corinne came highly recommended by friends and she lived up to the expectations they had created.

Seller reviewWe abandoned the only home we'd ever owned when we abruptly moved across the country in pursuit of a lifestyle change. Leaving our most valuable investment in Corinne Savage's capable hands was the right thing to do. Corinne and her team hustled to make our house shine on the market and get it sold quickly so that it wouldn't sit vacant throughout the cold holiday season. Corinne coordinated painting and repairs and provided top-to-bottom staging to make the property appeal to more buyers. The complimentary staging of every room in the house saved us thousands of dollars and added thousands to our asking price. Corinne's marketing and photographs were very effective, and she even hosted back-to-back open houses to accommodate Sunday football fans. Soon we had multiple, above-asking offers-we closed just one month after our moving truck pulled out of the neighborhood! Not only was the end result agreeable, but the process was smooth and easy. Corinne's calm tone and professionalism brought tranquility to a very chaotic period of our lives-we were stressed about a lot of things, but not about our house. We would not hesitate to recommend Corinne Savage to family, friends, neighbors, or coworkers.

She also provided excellent vendors to assist in this preparation and when one did not work out, assisted us in minimizing cost showing great professionalism and a dedication to us as sellers. She provided advice on sales price and other options but listened to our concerns and worked with us to ensure the largest return on our investment we could have hoped for.

We met with Corrine on a Thursday; listed Friday; her painting crew arrived Saturday; her staging crew staged the house Sunday and we had an offer Friday! Her listing price advice was spot on!
