He was always patient and understanding of my limited knowledge, and very quickly figured out exactly what I was looking for in a home. Cory is an incredibly kind person, yet his negotiation skills and knowledge of the industry are so apparent, I was reminded over and again throughout the process that I had chosen the right agent. I have recommended Cory to multiple friends and associates already, and I absolutely will continue to do so! Cory's attention to detail is outstanding! On many occasions, through various offers and finally my purchase and closing, he noticed tiny discrepancies in documents, and never hesitated to point them out on my behalf. I felt very protected with Cory in my corner. I was terrified at first, thinking I couldn't possibly actually buy a house! Then I was introduced to Cory, and it was all uphill from there. His calming yet professional style were exactly what I needed at this time, and my life and self-confidence are forever better for it!

Buyer reviewIn a hard market like this Cory said all the right things so I knew what I was in 4 and I knew the market was very crazy right now . With talking to Cory I learned how to make a bid good enough to get the sellers to pick us and with his help Iwe put 1 bid and got the house all thanks to Cory explaing how to get a house quickly Cory was awsome I ran into him by accident just really liked him from the minute I met him . I just thought he seemed gunine like he really cared and loved helping people and took the time to explain thing.
