Seller reviewTruly a professional, knew the area, average sale price of homes in the area. Had a great grasp on pricing of as is property. This property was not move in quality but her ability to appraise the property and suggest a fair price was uncompromised. After listing she bent over backwards to help find the necessary people to do a final cleanup and haul off of unwanted items all for a very fair price. I would not hesitate to recommend her to handle future needs. I do not live in the area so Courtney handled all that I ask her to do without hesitation saving me time and money not having to travel back and forth to Carrollton.
