Seller reviewCris was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She did an excellent job selling our house. She was professional, respectful, and patient with us. My husband works nights, so it is sometimes difficult to reach him. I am a teacher, this is a very busy time for me. I don't always check my messages in a timely manner. Cris would send friendly reminders to make sure we were doing what we needed to do.

From the first time I met Cris all the way to closing she was accessible, helpful, super understanding/patient as we had many questions. As we interacted with other businesses in the process of inspections, home repairs, etc., it was clear she is highly respected in the community and for good reason. She is the consummate professional, taking care of details in a timely and complete manner. We never had to worry about anything falling through the cracks. Cris was "on it" from day one. Her professionalism made our process painless and seamless and we'll be forever grateful for that. We just can't say enough about this amazing woman. She makes you feel comfortable, valued, all the while taking care of the business of selling your property in short order, I might add. That's one of the reasons we chose Cris over all the other realtors we know. Her reputation and her character speak volumes and it's no wonder she is successful in her field. We appreciate all Cris did for us, and treasure her not only as a great realtor, but now as a friend, too.

Seller reviewI would also add that although Chris is highly recommended for her aggresiveness in getting the job done she is not overbearing and a "fast talker" just in order to get a listing. She is honest and forthright when taking a listing and you can be sure that any recommendation she makes for a sale is in the best interest of the seller.
