Buyer reviewWhen I called Cris expressing interest in seeing this house, she was en route to a settlement many miles away and would not be back to the office until late afternoon, so we agreed to see it the next day. Then she contacted the other agent who said that they were already expecting an offer, so she called me and suggested we meet at the house at 5...fifteen minutes later she went back to the office to work on an offer to submit. Knowing we were likely to be the second offer, she added some financial help with settlement. In less than a day, our offer was accepted! It was Cris' quick thinking, follow through, accessibility and hard work that made it possible for me to buy this very desirable house! Because of these qualities and her unwavering support through the entire process, from initial contact through settlement and beyond, I will recommend Cris Curtis enthusiastically to my friends.

Seller reviewI would definitely recommend Cris Curtis as a realtor. I used a realtor prior to Cris whom seem to have no time for me. Our house was on the market for more than a month with no offers. My friend suggested I use her realtor, Cris. I call Cris whom call me back within 15 minutes. I met with her the next day and she immediately started the process. She communicated with me everyday sometimes several times a day! She suggested things I needed to do to make the house more appealing for potential buyers. We got an offer less than 3 weeks!
