Seller reviewThe selling of our home presented challenges that were out of Crystal's control. However, whenever there were hiccups, Crystal was upfront and communicated with us throughout. We appreciate her advocacy and execution of the marketing plan and sale timeline. We needed to sell this home to purchase our new home. Through out this process, Crystal collaborated with both agents and lenders to ensure that we would close on the same day! This was not an easy task. Overall we are satisfied with Crystal's support in selling this home and purchasing our new home.

Buyer reviewI selected Crystal because I was familiar with her professional work ethic. She was an advocate for us in purchasing this home, despite resistance from the seller. Crystal collaborated with the sellers' agent, established a rapport to ensure that we would be able to purchase. In addition Crystal's preferred lenders were amazing and ensured that we were cleared to close seamlessly and in a fraction of the time expected. Overall, we met our goal to be in our new home by Christmas, and couldn't be more happy with our new home!
