Dalton helped with the builder, lender and preliminary insurance. Dalton kept us in the loop throughout the construction of our home. Making the extra trip several times to take and send us pictures of the progress. Dalton was very knowledgeable about the area. Every time we had questions he was a phone call or text away, very responsive. This was a huge move for us, WI to SC retirement. Dalton made us comfortable every step of the way. I highly recommend Dalton, I give him 5 stars ? ????
