I could not have asked for a better agent. At least in my opinion, this was not an easy house to close. It was damaged by a storm while under contract, and I (the seller) live out of state. Any time an issue came up, Damon had a firm grasp on the problem and potential consquences, as well as a strategy to work through the problem and complete the transaction. He communicated efficiently and smartly, leaving me feeling confident in his ability to "handle it."
