Buyer reviewOur last home buying experience was melons nightmarish. I was more than anxious about buying again, but I knew that was the most financially responsible option for our family. Damon agreed to help us even though the area we were looking to buy in is not his area of expertise. That didn't stop him. He learned the area, advocated for us behind the scenes in our negotiation in ways we didn't even think to ask for ourselves. Somehow, a family who was on a tight budget, walked away with a brand new home and minimal down payment. The thing that particularly impressed me was the incredible relationship he maintained with the builder of our home. There was never a sense of hostility like we had taken advantage of them. It was a dream come true. Everyone was fair, professional, and treated us like they would want to be treated. I will NEVER buy another home with anyone else as long as Damon and company are still in business.
