Seller reviewSelling a home can be a stressful position to be in. For us, ours was an unexpected out of state move. Choosing Damon Duck as our realtor was the best and least stressful part of our move. Damon is very communicative, knowledgeable, and professional during the entire process. We never had to ask what was going on, what the next step was, or what he planned to do to sell our home. He had a plan before our initial meeting, had already done comps in the area, and brought with him homes he had sold in our immediate area! I hoped for a quick sell, but never expected Damon to get offers and a contract on day 9! He held an open house the weekend after listing it and that is where our buyer came from.
