Buyer reviewDamon did an outstanding job! He was very helpful throughout the entire process and very patient with my wife and I as we saw several houses that didn't work out. He never got frustrated or tired of showing us houses and made sure we found the perfect house for our growing family needs. He also was amazing at getting our house sold for more than we ever thought it would and in four days! We had multiple offers to choose from which made it a very easy and stress free process. He went above and beyond in all phases including even helping us find the best loan and interest rate out there! We were very glad we used Damon to buy/sell our house and would definitely recommend him to others!

Damon is the best realtor I have ever worked with. We didn't have to worry about a thing. He genuinely cares and wants the best for his clients. There was never a moment where I was worried about the process because I knew Damon was in complete control. He worked tirelessly to ensure we found and got the home we wanted and for a price WE thought was perfect. I won't buy another house in this area without using Damon Duck. The man is a real estate genius that has the perfect work ethic and personality to match his real estate skills. Damon quickly proved he was the perfect broker. His knowledge and personal skills are impeccable. When asked by a survey if there was anything Damon could do to improve, I simply wrote "You can't fix perfection." It's true, Damon is that great.
