Seller reviewDamon was very helpful with listing and determining sales price. He changed how we advertised the property during the listing to draw more interest. Damon is easy to work with and always prompt in returning calls. He worked well with the buyers and the sale was closed without any problems.

In fact I met with Damon before we put it on the market to get his recommendations for updates to the house. We followed his advice and the house sold quickly. He was always quick to respond to our questions and help us out. I would highly recommend Damon for selling or buying of a home.

Seller reviewThere is no other broker I would use in the state other than Damon Duck. The man is a pure real estate machine and does not rest until your property is sold. In fact, he called me from the hospital recovery room to discuss a possible sale. That's dedication and A++ service! You'd be hard pressed to find a better realtor period. In fact, I can't think of one other thing he could have done to make the selling process go smoother.

Buyer reviewI was referred to Damon by a coworker who Damon had helped find a house previously. My co-worker had nothing but positive things to say about Damon and said that I should give Damon a call. Right off the bat i appreciated Damon's no-pressure approach to helping my wife and I find a house. He was knowledgeable and I trusted his advice whenever I had questions. He has a really good feel for what houses should realistically sell for and what sellers were likely to accept when making offers. As a first time home buyer, his knowledge of the housing market was hugely beneficial and helpful. No complaints whatsoever. Ultimately, my wife and I found a house and closed on it within only 2 to 3 months. I was not expecting the process to go as quickly and as smoothly as it did, but we have Damon to thank for it. Damon is the man.
