Buyer reviewAs first time home buyers, the process was very overwhelming. Dana Paterson was the absolute best person we could have worked through during this process. Buyer reviewWhen our friends bought their condo through Dana, they were so pleased with her performance that their recommendation helped us decide to use her as our realtor. A couple of years ago we were driven around Helen and the surrounding area by Dana. Her personality is magnetic and we enjoyed just being around her! She stood by us even when we ended the contract the first time. Later, she helped us get the house we had originally wanted and wrote another contract on the same house for us. She was always on our side. Dana is a proven professional. She always responded to my texts and calls promptly. Overall, our experience with Dana was phenomenal. She was always there for us, and was willing to get answers from the other side even when it could be uncomfortable!

Seller reviewDana Patterson was a confident, honest and dependable Real Estate Agent. She was extremely knowledgeable about the market in the area. I really liked that she gave us ideas to help the sale of the house with a few minor esthetics which we gladly did. She always gave me honest answers and went above and beyond to help the home sell very quickly! I wish I had her by our side in the buying of our next home but we were out of state but she gave us amazing advice for that closing. She did an amazing job! Very , very satisfied as a seller with her as our agent!
