I really liked that she gave us ideas to help the sale of the house with a few minor esthetics which we gladly did. She always gave me honest answers and went above and beyond to help the home sell very quickly! I wish I had her by our side in the buying of our next home but we were out of state but she gave us amazing advice for that closing. She did an amazing job! Very , very satisfied as a seller with her as our agent!

Buyer reviewDana was very attentative to our desires as buyers for our purchase of a 10.07 acre tract of land and was able to answer our questions instantly. We asked to meet with the sellers to walk the boundary lines and made it happen the same day. Throughout the negotiation process we were able to reach an agreement on the sale price and closed on the property in two weeks. Dana was present at the closing along with the three sellers. After closing, she asked both the buyers and sellers who our favorite charities were and expressed her desire to donate a monetary amount on behalf of the buyers and sellers. This is a quite IMPRESSIVE practice and God will certainly reward her for such a great deed.....we were certainly blessed by this kind jester. On a final note, the day of our closing was Dana's birthday. Our experience with Dana was "top notch!" If you are looking for a realtor to handle your real-estate needs, Dana can definitely get the job done!
