Buyer reviewAs a realtor in another state myself, I understood the value of working with a "local" market expert. That was truly Dana. I relied heavily on her advice relative to neighborhoods and increasing vs decreasing market values. This was also a long distance transaction, so Dana was called upon to be my eyes and ears for inspections, repairs and overall follow up. She did an excellent job! On top of all that, she is a very friendly and pleasant to work with.

Seller reviewI did not know Dana Patterson before I met her at the property. She was on time, dressed professionally and had a great big smile. It was apparent she knew the area and how to stage and sell my property. When she came back to take pictures of the property I had not completely finished inside and she pitched in and helped make quick work of what was left. The property was listed quickly and the photos were beautiful and perfect. She had people within 48 hours going to see the property and we had a contract less than 1 week. It closed with zero issue. I do not think you could do any better than Dana. She is a remarkable agent and her happiness in what she does is apparent every step of the way. Century 21 is blessed to have Dana under their roof... Thank You Dana!

Seller reviewDana was and is awesome! She has every criteria we need in a realtor. Professional, friendly, charismatic, very knowledgeable in all areas of selling property. She always answered our questions quickly, honestly and with all the knowledge she has accumulated through her years. She made us feel we were always first on her list and she had time to be there in whatever situation arose. Questions were answered very quickly and accurately. When asked she answered questions from what else needs to be done to sell our property to "What are we signing this for?" and "Why do we have to do this?" She was there exactly when she was needed every time. She sold our property so quickly it was amazing!! Dana is one of the best in her field and we will be using her again.
