Daniel and Jennie Avendano are an excellent team of brokers who understood our needs. They were very knowledgeable about the areas we were interested in. They had an open line of communication, letting us know the steps we should expect in the purchase process. They make an excellent team both bringing two very different but complimentary skills sets and sales experience. Daniel Avendano is down to earth and breaks down information so the buyers can understand. We know that there was a broker commission but never asked the price because his enthusiasm to reach out was there. His wife Jennie Alvendano played a huge part in our selection of Daniel because she had the patience to explain the contract and illustrate in detail to answer our questions. We loved Jennie's presentation of real estate basics at New Economics for Women organization of which we decided to contact the Alvendanos first. We love the partnership and communication between them. The new business cards are very nice and informative. Great use of space. The walk through the real estate website and access was great because it allowed me to do research and searches of properties we liked to view. Daniel's research and communication expressed interest in our purchasing a home goal.

Me and my wife made the choice to buy our first home together. It was a very chaotic time in our life. Because we were managing our wedding, work, church, and family matters all at once. So when we decided to buy a home on top of all that it added a lot on our plates. Daniel made our home buying experience very simple and easy. He was very knowledgeable about the home and area we requested. I was very pleased and impressed with all the information he gave me and my wife on the home and homes around the area. He was amazing at reminding us when and what we had to follow during the home buying process. This was the first home I bought with my wife and I was very pleased with how he guided us on. His communication skill are very very impressive.

Danny assist me not only with buying this home but also selling my previous home. I think this was the hardest thing that could be done because handling two transactions and deadlines at the same time was so stressful but Danny knew all the right things to say and do. He was so detailed and perfectionist that I didn't think twice of trusting him without any concern. He always knew what the answer was and was always there when I had a question or concerned. He made this seem such a easy thing. Even though we had bumps in these transactions he would go above and beyond to work things out. Like I said and will continue to say Danny is not only considered my agent but he is now my family where he always looked for the best interest for me. Thank you Danny!
