Seller reviewI highly recommend Dan Rike if you need to sell or buy your home. Honest, reliable, and dependable. He has a lot of experience in the real estate market along with construction knowledge. He helped me navigate my way through my first sell. Seller reviewHe knew how to handle my Mother in-law's house sale. He also got a very good price. Everything went smooth. I like the Dan and Jennifer team. Always get the job done quickly and smoothly. He doesn't just list, He gets the maximum amount for the property. He fights for mo money in sellers wallet. I'm sure their nice but, Dan and Jennifer have been all me, my friends and relatives have need to navigate through the processes. Dan also talked to neighbors and had a back up offer of sale price. Didn't need to use it, but it's the extra effort I like. Always smooth and quick with Dan and Jennifer.

Seller reviewI've always wanted the most I could get out of the properties I've sold. ( 4 plex, duplex condos, friends houses.) Dan always hit record numbers by far. Other Realtors said it couldn't be done., I'm sure their nice, but Dan and Jennifer get the job done. Dan does follow through better than any Agent I've seen. Between me my friends and relatives he has excelled in pricing of properties and cut down time to closing. I've known him for years. I've seen his interest in getting his Client the most out of the property. Not just selling for his interest. Dan and Jennifer do an excellent job to get to closing. They take care of both parties fairly and answer questions very fast. Take on the job very personal. Like your the only one.
