We met with Dan because he was selling the house next door; had worked with the clients to improve it and we thought he could help us with ours. He and his wife did a WONDERFUL job helping us to sell our house IN FOUR DAYS!!! He was also very helpful in the purchase of our new house, even though it was in a new development and we didn't need a lot of support for that. He took us on a ton of house viewings to help us locate the perfect house- including some out of the way and strange properties - just to make sure we were seeing everything we wanted to. He was very patient and flexible and willing to help. I really appreciated Dan's GREAT service. We had some very VERY minor communications issues at one point, but once addressed they were never repeated. Dan is an absolute rockstar and provides the best service level we've ever see over a MULTITUDE of realtors we've ever worked with. I would work with him again in a heartbeat and will recommend him to all friends/family in the area who are looking to sell or buy.

Other brokers created problems for me. Dan created solutions. e.g. brokers would identify items in the house that needed to be fixed or changed prior to listing and told me to let them know when it was done. Dan identified the same items but said "I'll arrange to have these completed for you..." Other brokers listed all the items to be fixed while Dan went over which ones NOT to fix because it would not affect the ability to sell in our market nor would it affect the price - and he was right. Dan was outstanding in every way. I would recommend him to anyone and use him again if the need arises.

Dan and Jen worked so very hard to get our house ready to be on the market and walked us though every step of the way! No question was gone unanswered and helped us though whole process until the very end! With there knowledge our house sold in 6 hrs. We then used them to find our new house and they didn't try to sell us on anything other then what was perfect for us! Thank you both for everything! Brittany And Dave

In the real estate world it is unbelievable how many road-blocks the 'system' throws in your way. There is always a problem with paperwork, or one more document that needs to be filled out and sent today. Why a business makes it so hard to do business is counterintuitive, but that is the real estate market. Dan cut through the red tape and got past the hurdles for us. When the system did everything it could to keep us from buying a home, Dan made it happen. He has your back.

The whole experience was great!! My agent was knowledgeable professional and kind. Kept me updated throughout the whole transaction. He explained my options clearly and made this transactions as smooth as possible! I would defiantly recommend him to others and will be using him for any future transactions. Cheers !

From start to finish, listing to closing, Dan Rike made the sale of our previous home and the purchase of our new home as seamless, uneventful and enjoyable as it could possibly be.
