I'm completely spoiled to have Danielle as a realtor. Danielle found the perfect first house for me in December of 2020. She went way above and beyond to make sure the property was in perfect condition, that I got the best price and clearly explained everything I needed to get through the buying process, as a first time buyer. She made everything so easy that I get an unsympathetically puzzled look on my face that offends people when they complain about their property buying experiences. Little did I know that I would have a job offer out of state 6 months later and would need to reluctantly sell the house. Obviously, I went back to Danielle, who was clearly sad to see me through the process of leaving Chico. There was a caveat, however. The company hiring me away from Chico offered a relocation benefits package where they would pay my closing costs, but only if I used one of their approved relocation expert realtors that partnered with their parent company. Much to my relief, there weren't any in Chico so the company hiring me got a recommendation for Danielle from Century 21 and I still got to use the realtor that I trust and have tons of confidence in. Danielle navigated the complicated relocation nuances like she'd done it a hundred times before. She got me an excellent above asking price on the house and was practically house sitting for me for 3 weeks because I had to start my new job well before our closing date. Then, she even got the closing date moved up so that I would have the proceeds for a down payment right as I found my perfect 2nd home in Utah. Danielle has walked me through buying and selling a home all within 8 months and she's honestly the full realtor package. She will be transparent (sometimes to excess), friendly and honest, but most importantly she's knowledgeable, she'll do everything in her power to get her clients what they want and she's the best realtor to guide you through your decision making. Working with Danielle, it really felt like there were no obstacles too big.

We meet Danielle many years back when we wanted to see a home. She hopped in and lead us in our journey. Since then, we have spread our amazing experience with friends and family and now we are enjoy watching Danielle help them. Danielle is Extremely professional, always responds quickly and bends over backwards to help. She leads with her knowledge of Real estate and meets us where we are at to help us achieve our goals. We have and will always recommend Danielle to future buys and sellers.

Danielle was referred to me by a friend. I have worked with her on my previous house sale and she did wonderful, the entire process was made so much easier by her knowledge and organization. When I went to purchase my new home I had no hesitations about who I wanted as my broker! This purchase came with some challenges and it went down to the wire. Danielle rolled with the punches no matter what it was. She even referred me to a local lender when my initial one dropped the ball on the appraisal. We did all this in only 2 weeks 45 days into Escrow. She moved very quickly with redoing contracts and worked well into the evening on many occasions and worked with the new lender to expedite the process so we didn't loose the house! We are now moved in and could not be any happier with the home! She even got us a good Bonsai Ficus so nice of her. I don't plan on moving soon but any real estate transaction in the future I know who will be my first call.
