She's obviously well-known and well-loved amongst her colleagues and that easy communication was a benefit to us as well. During the listing and sale of our previous home, she went above and beyond to get our house seen and loved by all who saw it. Her marketing techniques are amazing. Personally, she's a joy; absolutely trustworthy, knowledgeable, patient, easy to talk to and she held our hands every step of the way. Danielle was our biggest cheerleader during the whole process. Every step in the forward direction was a little celebration, every issue solved easily was a win. What could've been a complicated major life change was made easy, positive, and convenient. She fostered enthusiam for what is usually regarded as a painful process. This lady is pure magic.

Buyer reviewAs first time homebuyers my husband and I had no idea if any of the homes we viewed were going to be the perfect fit for our family. However when we viewed the home in Orland we knew that this place was the perfect place to watch our daughter grow up. As soon as we left we put in an offer and from that point on Danielle went above and beyond. By the end of the day we had an accepted offer and within the next coming weeks we were home owners. The entire time Danielle communicated with us regarding every single thing that was going on with the house. She was in our corner helping with inspections, giving advice on home improvement, and breaking down every question we had (which we had a lot of!). She was and is thorough, detail-oriented, and an amazing Realtor.
