My husband knew Danielle from working with her husband years ago. We ended up running into her at an open house and spoke in length about what we were looking for as potential home buyers. She was friendly and extremely knowledgeable about inventory that would meet our needs (and wants). Danielle Branham was knowledgeable, friendly and handled things quickly and efficiently. Being first time home buyers and trying to decipher the specificities of the process can feel like speaking a different language for which she was an excellent translator!! She handled the entire process smoothly and quickly and was always available to help us when we needed her. I would definitely recommend her in the future.

I absolutely loved working with Danielle!! She was nothing but professional, efficient, and a joy to be around. After meeting with her, she knew exactly what we wanted in a house. We have two kids and she even kept their best interests in mind while we were looking. Danielle always kept the communication open so we knew what was going on during the process of the build. She was great about checking in on us to making sure our needs were being met. If I ever had a question she would get back to me that same day. She can be a bulldog when needed but is just a pleasure to be around. Danielle made the entire process of building and purchasing a home seamless and easy. I just adore her and highly recommend her to anyone that is looking for a home.
