Seller reviewIn discussion regarding the settling of my husband's mother's estate,our lawyer immediately suggested Century 21 because of her past experience with Danielle Fiorino. Danielle met us at the property one day after contacting her, fully appraised of the property, township, flood zones, taxes and willing to help us through the disposal of the home and adjacent property. We listed in February, right before the pandemic struck, but that did not deter Danielle's effort on our behalf. When a buyer was interested, we are sure that Danielle's experience assisted the buyer's creative approach to finance the property and assistance securing flood insurance at a more reasonable price than the insurance had cost the owner. We would absolutely recommend Danielle Fiorino to friends and family buying or selling a home or property.

Seller reviewDanielle's presentation was very real and professional. She did her research on comparable houses for sale in our area, and came up with the right price and how to market the property. Danielle definitely knows her stuff. She consistently got back to us immediately after every showing with comments from the realtors of potential buyers. Never had to wait for any answers. She was a true professional in dealing with us and all the realtors and potential buyers we interacted with. I would recommend Danielle to anyone who needs a realtor - whether to buy or sell. She helped negotiate a great price for our house, got it sold, provided recommendations on other services we needed in the process and found a house to buy for my ex-husband as well as an apartment to rent for my son and I to rent. Everything came together at the same time making the transition very smooth. I will always be grateful for choosing Danielle!
