The buyers backed out at the last minute, but it was under contract again within a week of coming back on the market. He gives great advice about pricing and offered realistic expectations for our sale. I have already referred 3 people to him and would forward anyone on the San Antonio area his way. Danny was able to sell out neighbor's house (get it under contract in 3 days). This was important to us since we're in the military and needed to have our house sold prior to moving. This was a better experience than we could have ever imagined. Danny was completely helpful and professional throughout the whole process of our sale. We contacted him more than a year before our sale since we were apprehensive about getting it sold but he stuck with us patiently through our endless questions and got it sold when the time was right.
