I know we were friends prior to this business, but that is the point, this was business and he still treated me as a friend. I will highly recommend Danny Herndon to friends and family who are looking to buy or sell. I knew Danny from previous project we worked together. I knew then that he was attentive, meticulous, and honest. I looked for him when it came time to sell my home. Thanks to Danny's yard signs, the house basically sold itself! The first day on the market folks were driving by and called Danny's #, to see if they could go in. The next morning a full priced offer was made! We were both surprised such a great offer came in so quick! The sale went very easy Thanks to Danny! I was in a 2 week jury trial during the negotiations that resulted from Inspection and Appraisal. Danny not only did an outstanding job covering and representing me, he went the EXTRA mile to help me locate temporary housing, as my move had to be quicker than planned due to quick sale! The whole experience was very nice and virtually stress free. To summarize, when my job is stable and I know if I will be staying in SA or moving out of state, I will be looking for Danny when it is time to buy again!

The location we selected is not in Danny's usual area. But he took time to find the important information regarding the area that we needed to know. Like flood zones, utilities and veterans options. Also quite a bit of history in this location.

He reached out to us very quickly, setted us up in the search for homes even faster. We were looking at houses by the end of the week! We went in not knowing anything about buying a home. Danny was beyond patient and guided us through the good and bad of the entire process. Didn't even get upset with all of our silly questions regarding homes or buying homes. When we fell in love, he was on top of getting our offer in and kept us updated in the entire process. We thought he would get sick of us since it was about 6 months before we bought home but he never indicated he waa giving up on us. He always answered our calls/messages on a timely manner, always cleared things up when we interpreted things wrong. Though only my name was on the title, he kept the whole family updated when he didn't need to. Because of Danny, we found a home to love and live in. Thank You.

I would not hesitate to utilize Danny again. He made the best of a tough sellers market and price point I was searching for doable. He was patient with me when I might not have been as focused as I could have been with regards to where I wanted to concentrate my search. Danny went above and beyond with scheduling showings and getting me into homes I wanted to see. Eventually, the right home at the right price came along.
