Buyer reviewDarci was recommended to me by my sister. She walked me through my first home-buying experience. I was buying a house because I got a new job and needed to live closer to work. Darci was very knowledgeable about the neighborhood I wanted to live in and she new just what I needed. I had a list of all the things I wanted. She found me two properties that fit perfect! The "home offer" process was very stressful for me. Turns out many other people also wanted this house! With Darci's help, we went through a few rounds of offers and counter-offers and eventually I got the house! After that, Darci did all the work to arrange inspections and kept in touch as the escrow process moved along. All-in-all, I bought the house I wanted to buy and I couldn't have done it without Darci's help.

Buyer reviewWe had known another realtor at Stark for 20 yrs and had previously dealt with him. However, he was very uninterested in our needs etc and had not done one thing for us. Darci was flat on it. She had listings emailed to me immediately!! She also set up a showing of properties immediately, She truly wanted to help us and was very very assertive. We found property the first time we went out with her.Darci also wrote a letter to the owners of the parcel next to the one we just purchased, She had a response from those sellers within a week and we closed within another week. Now how much better can you get!! She is fantastic !!
