I would recommend Darci Watson to anyone looking to buy or sell or buy a house. She is very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Darci also will walk you through the whole process. She goes out of her way to help you. She also gets right back to you if you have any questions that you may have. Darci also makes sure that you understand, are satisfied and happy with all the process. We loved working with Darci Watson.

Buyer reviewWe met Darci Watson over the phone as she had a property listed in her area. She was out of town and made things happen for us to go see. We were not interested in that piece, but later that day we had put in an offer on a property that we saw prior in a different area/county. The listing agent we were working with was representing both sides. We got a weird feeling about the scenario once offer was placed. We reached out to Darci to represent us. We had gotten a very good feeling from her as she was on top of helping us earlier. She acquainted herself quickly with our deal and other moving pieces and became invested in our success, and it was apparent. That deal did not go through "thankfully". Darci was then very patient with us, really honing in on what we were looking for. My wife and I were not even as sure of what that was. She then found us a home that was precisely what we were looking for, and even with all the moving pieces, she was always on top of it. Amazing realtor. We have already referred her, even to our notary while signing docs. :)

She has excellence work ethic while working with all the people involved, selling agent, my other agent, loan officers, title company, and inspectors, etc. Darci has alot of knowledge of properties in the area. She was always there to answer any questions. Her referrals to all my request were greatly appreciated. We hope to build on our friendship with her in the future.

She wasn't pushy, like a salesman would typically be. We never felt like we were working with someone who was looking to make a profit but rather someone who had our best interest in mind. She is great at what she does and we recommend her to everyone we know. So thankful to have gotten to work with her during this process and look forward to working with her again one day. We appreciate her so much!! Always pleasant and helpful! I feel like she must never sleep because she is on top of everything and always knows the answers to questions and is very responsive and receptive to questions and concerns. Cannot recommend her enough!

She made sure to stay in our budget and our she understood our needs for a VA ready home. She has extensive knowledge on various towns we were looking to buy in and she was honest with areas that were not safe. She felt like a true family member and not just a realtor. The process ran smoothly, she arranged everything, negotiations were met. She is very interested in the wellbeing of her clients. We love Mrs. Watson.
