I am an avid lover of the DC, MD, VA (DMV) area and believe this is one of the best places on earth to live a happy, healthy life and raise a family. I am a native of the area and I know the city very well, from its historical landmarks, to its rapidly changing neighborhoods. Buyer reviewDarnell is a fantastic listener who was able to quickly translate our questions about unfamiliar terminology and processes, and provide honest and fair assessment as to what it was like in the spaces we did virtual tours of. We interviewed a few agents but Darnell was the only one who seemed to both listen to what we wanted and have questions prepared for us to help us get a better understanding of what we were looking for. He was able to help us narrow down what was most important to us, walk us through making an offer on a home, and through the contract process in less than 6 weeks in total which was so much quicker and more efficient than we anticipated. We really enjoyed working with Darnell and would be happy to do so again in the future if we shop for another home in the area.
