I am an avid lover of the DC, MD, VA (DMV) area and believe this is one of the best places on earth to live a happy, healthy life and raise a family. I am a native of the area and I know the city very well, from its historical landmarks, to its rapidly changing neighborhoods. Darnell also came with a stamp of approval from a bunch of our mutual friends. And he did not diappoint. He was knowledgable, patient, and he was more responsive than Olivia Pope managing a White House Emergency. Buying (and selling) a home is an emotional process. At times, Darnell was like a therapist with a real estate license. He helped us and the sellers strip away the emotional baggage and get down to what really mattered. Seller reviewHe was very courteous despite the fact that I was extremely irate and unpleasant to him that he had called me almost one year since my property was off the market. I was sick and tired from all the agents in the region calling my phone daily and yet two days after his call, I contacted Darnell Eaton, met him at the property and signed the paperwork authorizing him to list my property. I'm glad I did. He is extremely thorough and professional.
