In November of 2006, I received my broker's license. I have owned my own business for many years, Currently I am Broker / Owner. I am a native of Medford and very active in the community. I currently sit on the City Council and a Chamber Ambassador. I reside in Medford with my wife Kristine and our two children, Jaeden & Madelyn. Buyer reviewWe were really particular in what we were looking for and Dave was really patient with us. I always felt like he was on top of things, quick to contact us when a property of potential interest was coming up and quick to get us in to see things. I really never fill out surveys with all excellents, but there just wasn't any area I felt like I could only mark Dave "good" in. He's become someone we felt we could really trust, has always been quick to communicate or reply and never made us feel like we were asking "too much" during our search.

Seller reviewVery efficient and communicative. Always had a timeline and stuck to it. Kept us informed of all events happening even if they were very insignificant. Very professional. Whenever I had a question I would email Dave and he would respond within a very reasonable amount of time to each and every email. We sold our property and we were four hours away. It was nice we had a choice of 3 places to go to for the closing with the title company. It ended up only being a 40 min drive instead of 4 hours.
