Dave did an amazing job as our realtor. He was very easy to talk to and very understanding. he helped us get a loan, after we were turned away once, with a lender that he knew would be able to help us. He was absolutely amazing with our four year old as well.

This is not the first time we worked with Dave. It is, however, the first time we needed to sell a property. Selling a property is a completely different ball game! Thankfully, Dave has the qualities and traits of a successful real estate agent such as knowledge of the market, large network or connections, open communication and an engaging personality. It was a pleasure working with Dave. I would highly recommend his services for buying or selling a property.

Dave was very patient and understanding with us throughout this process. This was our first home buying experience and he helped guide through exactly what to expect and made everything a step by step plan for us. He was always willing to sit down and talk with us, even hours at a time so that we could fully understand everything that was involved in this process. He was prepared to give us referrals to other local services that we would need such as lenders, home inspectors, insurance providers, etc. which was helpful. We chose Dave because we knew him personally and felt for us that it would be best that we could work with someone whom we trusted and that would have our best interest in mind and I felt that that was truly how Dave worked for us and that is why I would recommend Dave to other friends and family who are considering buying or selling their home.

We were moving in from a long distance and needed to get in and settled quick, Dave helped move things along and was great to deal with.

Dave was very good at negotiating this transaction for us. He was familiar with the property, what both parties involved was looking for and achieved a win win for both.
