In November of 2006, I received my broker's license. I have owned my own business for many years, Currently I am Broker / Owner. I am a native of Medford and very active in the community. I currently sit on the City Council and a Chamber Ambassador. I reside in Medford with my wife Kristine and our two children, Jaeden & Madelyn. Seller reviewI think I explained everything in the statements above. Dave did great work, respected our wishes as sellers, kept us in the loop at all times, even when I had questions at 9pm on a Saturday night, Dave was quick to respond. You can tell Dave takes his profession very seriously, and is definitely not just a 9-5 Monday-Friday job to him. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and was there to explain the process to us the entire way thru the deal. I've had the pleasure of working with Dave twice now and no doubt that if I need realtor services in the future he will be my first phone call! We can't thank Dave and the Staff enough for all of their hard work!

Great communication skills. There are very few people that get a perfect score, there is always room for improvement. I was unable to find that room for improvement in Dave Brandner's case.
